Is it possible to book the parking and the clean at the same time, and if so, is there a specific parking area we need to book?
Yes, it is possible. Just follow these 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Parking Info
Go to https://booking.gcairportcarwash.com.au/dates. On this page, you’ll need to select your Terminal, Drop-Off Date, Drop-Off Time, Pick-Up Date, and Pick-Up Time. This ensures your parking space is reserved for the exact period you need, and your car wash is scheduled while your vehicle is with us.
Step 2: Payment Details
Once you’ve entered your parking information, proceed by providing your payment details. This step is important as it allows us to generate and send you an invoice for your booking.
Step 3: Booking Confirmed
After submitting your details, you’ll receive your invoice via SMS and email. Simply pay the invoice, and once payment is received, your booking will be fully confirmed. Both your parking and car clean will then be locked in for the dates and times you’ve chosen.
Where to I bring and collect my car?
Drop it off at the Carwash prior to your departure and we can clean while you are away.

If you arrive and return between our manned hours 7-5, we have staff available to collect and return your keys. Outside these hours you will need to place / collect your keys from our key safe. The terminal is a 5-minute walk from the carwash.
What if my flight is delayed?
If you are not able to be collected by 5pm then you will need to find your own from the terminal by taxi and collect your keys from our key safe. Your car will be parked at the carwash. We are not affiliated with the airport or airlines and not responsible for flight delays.
How much does it cost?
The prices are on our website. We charge parking at the long-term rates.
Is the parking undercover and secure?
We have security cameras, but we are not gated. Car exteriors are completed just before you arrive back so clean and fresh.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We require 24 hours advanced booking.
